Support
We're here.
If something isn't working, if you have a question, or if you want to tell us what you wish Daisy could do, write to us. We read every message.
How do I delete my account?
Open Daisy, go to settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account. Everything you've written is removed within 30 days, including entries, voice notes, photos, embeddings, patterns, and chat history. If you'd rather we do it for you, email cindy@trydaisyapp.com from the address on your account.
How do I export my data?
Email cindy@trydaisyapp.com from your account email and we'll send you a copy of everything we have within 7 days.
Does Daisy train AI models on my entries?
No. Your words are used to help Daisy understand you and to generate your reflections. They are never used to train our models or any third party's models. See the privacy page for the full breakdown.
Is my data secure?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in an account that is isolated to you at the database level, and processed by a small set of trusted providers who are not allowed to retain or train on your content. Details on our privacy page.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and we'll send a reset link to your account email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, or email us and we'll get you in.
A voice note didn't process.
Voice notes usually finish within 10 to 15 seconds. If a note has been stuck longer than a few minutes, try closing and reopening Daisy. If it still hasn't processed, email us with the rough time you recorded it and we'll dig in.
Daisy is saying something that doesn't sound like me.
Daisy gets sharper the more you write. Early reflections may feel a little general. Give her a couple of weeks and a steady rhythm of entries. If a specific take feels off, you can dismiss it in the app, and that signal helps her recalibrate.
I found a bug.
See the box below. The more detail you send, the faster we can fix it.
I have an idea for Daisy.
We'd love to hear it. Email us. Ideas from real users shape what we build next.
Reporting a bug
If you can include these, it speeds things up a lot:
- What you were doing when it happened
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version
- Your app version (Settings → About)
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one
